Got a phone call at 2:45 from this office informing me that they will not be covering my home insurance due to pictures that I had to take to get insurance from them. Their reason to cancel my insurance is in their words were "bad siding on my garage and they didn't like the way my 10 year old roof looked".To my knowledge, they never sent anyone to my house to do an inspection themselves. Maybe if you are closer to them than Lacrosse WI, they are great, but I was directed to this agency from State Farms website.
